We're excited to return to Summit City Farmers Market this July.
Located at Electric Works, Summit City offers a different pace and setting than our downtown Saturdays—creating another opportunity to connect with the local community while sharing fresh gourmet mushrooms and functional mushroom products grown and crafted with intention.
Expect a rotating weekly harvest of fresh gourmet mushrooms alongside our trusted functional and culinary mushroom lines—crafted from culture to collection.
Whether you're already familiar with our products or discovering Myzel Risin' for the first time, we look forward to seeing you throughout the month.

Markets have always been one of our favorite ways to connect with customers, answer questions, and share the story behind our mushrooms. Summit City brings together growers, producers, artisans, and community in one place, making it a natural fit for what we do.

Harvested weekly at peak freshness, with varieties shifting based on natural growing cycles.
Our mushrooms are grown on organic substrate in controlled environments — clean, vibrant, and ready for your kitchen.

A mycelium-based soil additive, extending the lifecycle of our process and bringing it back to the soil.

Looking for a favorite after market day? Our online shop is now available for functional mushroom products and subscriptions.

Ask us about Grow Blocks and Spawn Plugs!
We love supporting those who like to grow their own mushrooms. Outside of our workshops where we provide dedicated supply as part of your attendance, we do offer a select variety of spawn plugs and grow blocks. Drop us a line or stop by the market to ask us what's available for pickup (future date to be coordinated) or lock in a grow cycle of your own, and we’ll inoculate for you!
