“Myzel” means mycelium in German. As an homage to our heritage, we connect to our roots, embracing the wisdom of mycelium and its symbiotic relationship with all it touches. As a family-owned small business, we’re committed to growing the highest-quality mushrooms while weaving sustainability into every step of our process.

Grown on organic substrate and meticulously tended from spore to store, our mushrooms are cultivated and grown with care to ensure they’re as fresh, flavorful, and beneficial as nature intended.
