Grown Local. Shared Local.
Fort Wayne Local Food Week is a celebration of the farmers, producers, chefs, restaurants, and neighbors who make our regional food system possible.
Throughout the week, Myzel Risin’ is celebrating the many ways locally cultivated mushrooms move through our community—from our grow rooms to farm shares, restaurant kitchens, special menus, and the farmers market.
From Local Farms to Fort Wayne Tables
Local food grows through relationships.
We’re proud to partner with Hawkins Family Farm, bringing Myzel Risin’ mushrooms to members of the Hawkins Farm Club and supporting a shared commitment to food grown and produced close to home.
Our mushrooms also travel directly to kitchens across Fort Wayne, where local chefs transform each harvest into something entirely their own. During Local Food Week, you can find Myzel Risin’ mushrooms at:
Runé
Chance Bar
Copper Spoon
Amoré
Sycamore Hills Golf Club
Availability and dishes may vary as chefs work with the season and each week’s harvest.

Celebrate the People Behind Local Food
Local Food Week is about more than where food is grown. It is about the relationships that carry it forward—from farmers and producers to chefs, restaurants, markets, and the people who choose to support them.
We’re grateful to Hawkins Family Farm, our restaurant partners, the Fort Wayne market community, and everyone helping local food take deeper root.
Connect to your roots. Celebrate local.
